Leslie Idzal Massage Therapist
|
Leslie Idzal is a graduate of MITM, (Massachusetts Institute for Therapeutic Massage), and a member of the American Massage Therapy Association.
Massage Therapy was a career change for Leslie after working at Polaroid in Sales & Marketing. She is delighted to have found the career path that best suits her personality and skills. Prior to her corporate career, Leslie studied abroad for two years and became fluent in French. She worked for several years dressing windows for department stores, and then later attended classes at Santa Barbara City College. She dabbled in printmaking, wood sculpting and ceramics - with studio art as her main focus. Upon her return to the East Coast in 1997, she continued with ceramics and eventually built her own home studio in 2004 where she continues to create her wares in her spare time. You may access her pottery website at www.lesliepottery.com.
Leslie has been happily married since 2001, and has a young son who takes up most of her time, but she loves her work as a massage therapist. Her specialty is deep tissue work, which she combines with a Swedish massage.
Modalities Offered: Deep Tissue, Swedish, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, PNF Stretching
Using a combination of techniques, Leslie will customize a unique, therapeutic massage to suit your individual needs. Massage therapy helps to reduce stress and anxiety, increase circulation, relieve sore muscles, improve overall flexibility and range of motion.
