Core Conditioning

Here are 18 exercises (each one is done for 60 seconds) The 18 exercises can be broken down into 3 separate workouts- you can mix and match them as you like. Do all 18 exercises one time through, or do workout #1 on Monday, #2 on Wednesday and #3 on Friday- and do 3 sets of each, or for the “Really Hard Core” do 3 sets of all 18 exercises!
